Elevate Women in Tech, a signature initiative founded by Ebony Washington, is on a mission to prepare 1,000 women for a $100,000 career in tech. Only 26% of computing-related jobs are held by women*…Elevate Women in Tech is on a mission to change that!
We are thrilled to announce that PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) is joining us on that mission. PwC is committed to making progress towards the aspirational goal of a 50% increase in their Black and Hispanic/Latinx workforce by 2026 through helping to shape a more equitable future for all, including through recruiting efforts.
We are excited to launch our pilot mentorship and upskilling cohort in April 2023 with PwC. Through our collaboration, PwC will provide Women in Technology mentors and immersive learning through the Access Your Potential curriculum to elevate women interested in tech careers. Throughout the 8-week cohort model, students will embark on interactive career exploration, digital upskilling and real-life skill application to help amplify application of lessons learned.
